Dr. Steve Carlson - President & CEO

Steve is a co-Founder and President and CEO of Optodot. He has over 35 years of experience in specialty materials and coatings including long term roles as Chief Technical Officer or Chief Marketing Officer at various high technology companies in battery, imaging, data storage media, coatings, and chemicals businesses. Dr. Carlson has published numerous articles and is the author of 25 patents and patent applications, including 10 issued U.S. patents on sol-gel battery separators and electro-active materials and 9 issued U.S. patents on electro-sensitive materials. He has a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from MIT.

Bruce Anderson - CEO of Ignite! High-Tech Startups

Bruce is a veteran entrepreneur and business executive and a co-Founder of Optodot. He has launched five technology enterprises where he had complete leadership and bottom line responsibility, including strategic visioning; executive and board team building; branding, communications, marketing and sales; and financing. He earned three degrees from MIT. He has served on numerous boards of directors and has twice testified to Congress.

Ron Schreiber - Managing General Partner at Seed Capital Partners

Ron is an experienced operating executive with an expertise in founding and leading companies and technology development. He has founded two lasting billion dollar technology companies and led them to successful exits and he is a seasoned venture capitalist who has operated three venture funds where he has realized upper quartile returns.
